Harvey Finberg is a USSF Referee, Instructor, Assessor, and Assignor. He has 30 years of referee experience. He is associated mainly with Braddock Road Youth Club in Fairfax, Va., serving as their Director of Instruction. He has also been assisting in instruction with PWSRA as well the past few years.

Harvey lives in Fairfax, with his wife, Vera. They are grandparents to four of the cutest granddaughters you will ever see.
