Klaus Staefe is originally from Germany. He is a USSF National Assessor and State Emeritus Referee. During his years of living in northern Virginia he assisted PWSRA in developing our new referees. He returned to Alabama in 2011 but has been named Referee Evaluator, Emeritus, for PWSRA.
