The Prince William Soccer Referees Association (PWSRA) is an independent association of referees located in eastern Prince William Co., Virginia. We are located about 25 miles south of the nation’s capital. We provide referees for the rec programs for Prince William Soccer Inc., one of the largest soccer organizations in Virginia, as well as for PWSI’s travel teams that play in the Old Dominion Soccer League. We also assign for the Marine Corps Base Quantico’s youth recreational soccer program. In addition, many of our referees take assignments in competitive youth leagues including National Capital Soccer League and Washington Area Girls Soccer League, plus adult amateur matches in the D.C. area. Our referees are certified through the United States Soccer Federation and are part of the Metro DC - Virginia State Referee Program.

UPDATE -- 3/31/2009. We are no longer accepting new referees for the spring season. We must limit the number of new referees (currently around 50) as we do not have the resources to ensure the success of additional new referees. Please join us in the Fall but apply in July or early August.

RICHMOND, VA (January 16, 2008) -- Congratulations to Ryan White who was named Virginia Youth Soccer Association’s Young Male Referee of the Year. Ryan, who is now a freshman at Virginia Commonwealth University, was Prince William Soccer Referees Association Youth Ref of the Year for 2006-2007.
